It’s been a long time since companies’ve begun trying bots. And there are plenty of results of using chatbots in the web. Facebook’s implementation of analytics only confirmed it.
Besides improving customer experience (which is dubious – someone likes chatbots, someone – not), chatbots exactly help to gather precious information about users. And it really helps further interaction with a customer.
